  • DISSOLVE JAGGERY IN 8 TBSP OF WATER AND MIX POWDERED AVAL,POTTUKADALA, AND RAGI FLOUR
  • HEAT THE MIXTURE IN A FRYING PAN WITH CONSTANT STIRRING UNTIL IT CAN BE SHAPED INTO BALLS
  • REMOVE FROM FIRE AND SHAPE INTO BALLS
